Chuckey-Doak Girls Soccer Kicks the Competition

On August 15th, 6:30 PM, the Chuckey-Doak Girls Soccer Team kicked off against West Ridge, an expectedly strong opponent for the team. By the end of the night, the girls won 3-0 to the West Ridge girls team. The girls played a strong game; many chances were created but in the end they came out on top.

Randall Sauceman, reporter for the CDHS Charger, interviewed the head coach of the Chuckey-Doak Girls Soccer Team, Anna Ricker.  Coach Ricker said, “It was a fantastic win, I think everybody knows how big of a school West Ridge and their sports are. I think it was a good test going into this game, it shows how we are going into this season so to leave with a 3-0 shutout is incredible.”  

The CDHS Charger Staff would like to congratulate Coach Ricker and the CDHS Girls Soccer team for their awesome game play and win over West Ridge.
