Class of 2025 Celebrates with Senior Sunrise

On Friday, August 16 from 6:30am to 7:50 am, the class of 2025 got together for this year’s senior sunrise. Senior sunrise is where all of the seniors get to socialize with one another while watching the sunrise on a morning before school. Senior sunrise took place in our student parking lot and was hosted by Mrs. Liz Carlson. There was food and drink included along with numerous props to take pictures and make fun memories that morning.

The sunrise was absolutely beautiful and the seniors had a great time as the sunrise took place. Mr. Broyles and Mrs. Carlson took a group photo before they headed into school that morning. This was a great experience for both the students and the memories that were made throughout the eventful morning!

Some students were interviewed and questioned about their thoughts of the start of their senior year. This caused the seniors to reflect on their previous experiences and years in high school.

 These pictures show the fun the seniors are having and how much they are bonding on their morning before school. They all came together as one disregarding any complications they may have had in the past.

Liz Carlson, our school’s cheer coach and a few others decided to stunt at the sunrise. Surrounding seniors found this not only entertaining, but extremely impressive. It’s amazing the talent our sports are always contributed during events like these!

Finally, a big thank you to Katie Taylor, Emmie Tipton, and Charlie Taylor for making the Senior Sunrise picture props as well as a huge thanks to Ms. P for painting the beautiful canvas. Special thanks to Saniah Atchison for photography editing. We thank any and all contributions to this successful, fun, and memorable event for the class of 2025.
