CDHS Celebrates Fall Sports Senior Night

Chuckey-Doak High School held their fall sports senior night on Friday, October 25th before the football game against Unicoi High School. The seniors were surrounded by the people they love for the senior ceremony, and they were honored with gifts from their teams and recognition of accomplishments for Senior Night.

The seniors were honored for their contributions to the football, cheerleading, marching band, golf, cross country, volleyball, and girls soccer programs.

Football: James Seidl, Hayden Roper, Jonah Cochran,  and Weston Ward

Cheerleading: Madelyn Jennings, Sydney Greene, Molly Barricks, and Eion Neas 

Marching Band: Christopher Whinters, Emelin Swatzell, Joselynn Nunley, Angel Hensley, Emilie Huff, Chloe Beam, Charlie Taylor, Tatyana Breeding, Diego Diamas, and Kiara Stahl

Golf:  Layla Fox and Avery Armstrong

Cross Country:  Kylee Askew, Chelsea Hensley, and Lexi Kerner

Volleyball:  Harlee Richardson, Macy Cox, and Kendra Key

Girls Soccer:  Trinity Hengel, Aliah Campbell, Taevyn Southerland, Layla Fox, and Emma Hoxie

The seniors were announced by Mr. Portfield onto the field with their family and future plans. It was a great night for both the seniors and everyone else watching. We wish the best of luck to these Class of 2025 athletes and musicians!
