The Dungeons and Dragons Club, led by Dr. Bodary had their most recent meeting on Wednesday, November 6th, 2024. The game D&D consists of multiple people playing in a simulated world where each of their decisions has a unique outcome. Being a very intricate game, it takes a while to learn how to play and understand what the game is really about. To assist the members, the game includes a rule book that helps dictate and regulate the game’s experience. The game has fantasy roots with many spin offs in television, movies, and podcasts.
And with that interview, we also have a student interview which shows what it is like to be in the dungeons and dragons club. The following interview is from one of our club’s dungeon masters. Olivia Mata and Emelin Swatzell are the dungeon masters for our two teams of play.
Come check out the Dungeons and Dragons Club; it is a unique and hands-on experience for learning about storytelling, fantasy, and other aspects of the game. As well as the game aspect, you bond with friends and make new memories while playing. The club meets Wednesday afternoons in the library, and it is free to join. See Dr. Bodary, Olyvia, or Emelin if you have any questions.
