Winter Sports are quickly approaching for CDHS. With four sports coming into play, winter is a super fun and competitive season. Here are some insights on the previews of each of these sports: Basketball, Bowling, Cheer, and Wrestling.

First up, we have Boys’ basketball. Vloggers Shianne Painter and Jesus Rojas interviewed Chance Malone and Hudson Cox about how they predict the season will go!

Next, we have Girls’ basketball. Vloggers Shianne Painter and Jesus Rojas asked Carlene Bishop and Kimberly Puente about how their preseason has been for them and their team, and how they think their season will go!

Basketball is a super big part of our winter sports here at Chuckey-Doak, and we are so excited to see what the new season will bring for the Black Knights this year! 

Up next, we will have an update on the cheerleading team and how they are preparing for the upcoming basketball season. 

Vloggers Shianne Painter and Jesus Rojas interviewed Kolby Shannon and Tatum McAmis about the cheer team’s plans for the winter season approaching.

Although Bowling is about halfway through the season, it is still amazing to hear about how they are doing so far. Here are senior bowlers Eric White and Paxton Shelton to talk about their ongoing season.

Lastly, Shianne Painter and Jesus Rojas talked to a few of our female wrestlers about how they think their season is going to pan out. Here are Kinley Knight and Lucy Hall to address the upcoming season.

As you can see, these four sports are more than prepared for their season and can’t wait for it to start! A fresh new season with new athletes, sports, and even coaches! Cuckey-Doak is ready for the new season to come!
