As October came to a close, students welcomed one of the most exciting times of the season—Halloween and Fall Break. The chill in the air, the colorful leaves, and the festive spirit brought everyone together for a few days filled with fun, family, and a well-deserved chance to recharge.

Halloween brought costumes, creativity, and plenty of candy. Students showed off their personalities with outfits ranging from spooky to silly to straight-up impressive. Hallways, classrooms, and social media feeds lit up with everything from superheroes to classic movie characters to clever DIY creations. Whether students went trick-or-treating, attended Halloween parties, or spent the night watching scary movies, there was no shortage of excitement (and sugar).

Fall Break arrived at just the right time, offering a small but much-needed pause in a busy season. Some students used the break to relax at home, catch up on sleep, or enjoy slow mornings for the first time in weeks. Others took advantage of the time to travel, visit pumpkin patches, explore haunted houses, or spend time outdoors enjoying the crisp fall weather.

For many, it was also a chance to regroup before heading into the final stretch of the semester. The break allowed students to return refreshed, recharged, and ready to refocus on academics, activities, and upcoming events.

As we move further into the school year, the memories of Halloween costumes, bonfires, fall festivals, and quiet afternoons remind us just how special this season can be. Fall Break wasn’t just time off—it was a moment to breathe, connect, and appreciate the things that make fall one of the most cherished times of the year.

Now with renewed energy and plenty of stories to share, students are stepping back into school ready to finish the semester strong. Here’s to fall—full of color, celebration, and time well spent. One thing is certain- the lanes are ready, and there are strikes ahead for this determined group of bowlers. Good luck to the team for the rest of their season.
