Spring at Chuckey-Doak High School is one of the most exciting times of the year, as students, families, and fans come together to support a wide range of athletic programs. The arrival of warmer weather signals the start of soccer season, where players display teamwork, endurance, and skill on the field. Each match brings intensity and school pride as the Black Knights battle their opponents with determination. The energy from the sidelines reflects the strong support system that surrounds the team throughout the season.
Baseball and softball also take center stage during the spring months. On the diamond, athletes dedicate countless hours to practice, perfecting their pitching, hitting, and defensive plays. Close games and big moments keep fans on the edge of their seats, whether it’s a walk-off hit or a crucial strikeout. Both teams represent Chuckey-Doak with sportsmanship and competitive spirit, building camaraderie that lasts well beyond the season.
Tennis has added a lot of new faces to the team and a new court. The first time in history that Chuckey-Doak will have a tennis match played at Chuckey-Doak. The new courts are green and blue and consist of six different courts. This is the biggest our team has ever been. The tennis team is brand new, just coming together, and eager to make its mark.

The track team is growing quickly with many new members joining this season, bringing fresh energy and enthusiasm. Although most of the athletes are still learning the basics, everyone is eager to improve and support each other. The mix of new faces creates a positive and exciting atmosphere where teamwork and encouragement help everyone grow stronger together. With dedication and practice, the team is building a solid foundation for success in upcoming competitions.
