Chuckey-Doak celebrated their prom on Saturday, April 18th, at the Warehouse at Wilson Hill. The atmosphere was electric from the moment guests arrived—students eagerly posed for photos, smiles everywhere, thrilled just to be together. When the music kicked off, the dance floor quickly filled and didn’t empty all night. Friends pulled each other in, encouraging even the most reserved classmates to join the fun. The DJ’s playlist set the perfect mood, but it was promgoers’ enthusiasm that truly made the night unforgettable.

Much of the night was spent simply enjoying each other’s company. Some students danced nonstop, while others strolled around the venue or chatted in small groups. Laughter and conversation filled the space, and no one seemed bored for even a moment. Throughout the evening, people mingled easily, reconnecting with old friends, making new ones, and soaking in every second of the celebration.

As the night went on, many voted for prom king and queen. This year’s prom queen is Giada D’Agostino; the prom king is Bryson Broyles. These students were chosen by their peers to represent this year’s 2026 class. This isn’t just a title. Instead, it reflects on the personality, leadership, involvement, and kindness of the students. Giada and Bryson are great students and leaders. They bring great spirit to the Chuckey-Doak community.

The prom venue was completely transformed. Greenery was used throughout to build the “Enchanted Forest” theme. There were vines and leaves draped around the walls and placed on tables. Tables had subtle centerpieces, and some areas included decorative branches or soft accents that fit the theme. Overall, the combination of soft lighting, greenery, and small design choices gave the night a slight fairy-tale feel.
