CDHS Hosts Summer Knights Festival

The Summer Knights festival at Chuckey-Doak High School was a fun and exciting event that brought students, teachers, and families together. The school grounds were filled with music, laughter, and a variety of activities for everyone to enjoy. Booths were set up around the campus with games, food, and prizes, creating a welcoming atmosphere for the community. Many students volunteered to help run the event, showing great school spirit and teamwork throughout the day.

One of the biggest attractions at the festival was the variety of food available. Local vendors and school clubs sold homemade cookies, hot dogs, açai bowls, popcorn, and other snacks that everyone enjoyed. The smell of fresh food filled the air as people walked around visiting the different stands. Students also had the chance to support school organizations by purchasing treats and participating in fundraising activities during the festival.

The festival also included live entertainment that kept the crowd excited. Music played throughout the event, including performances by the bands The Salty Moon Dogs and This Perfect World. There were games and competitions where students could win prizes while spending time with friends. Younger children enjoyed inflatable attractions and activities designed especially for them, making the festival enjoyable for all ages.

Overall, the Summer Knights’ festival at Chuckey-Doak High School was a successful event that strengthened the connection between the school and the community. It allowed students to relax, have fun, and create lasting memories outside of the classroom. Events like this help build school pride and encourage people to come together in a positive environment. Many people left the festival hoping it would become a tradition that continues for years to come.
